My safety's worth parking tickets

I have a ridiculous number of parking tickets. The main reason for this is that I often park at the meters outside of my sorority house, or in the pay lot. On top of that, I do not get up early enough sometimes to move my car to Lot 6. Now, I'll accept that 80 percent of the time it is completely my fault for getting the tickets because of my not waking up in time to move.
